By participating in the Halloween Photo Booth Fundraiser with Felix Bird Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Permission & Participation
   Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to be photographed. If a child attends independently, it is understood that they have received verbal or written permission from their parent or guardian to participate.

2. Use of Images
   Photos from this event are not posted online or used for marketing without separate, written consent from a parent or guardian. All portraits are for private enjoyment only and may be displayed at the print pickup location for participants and their families to view.

3. Liability
   Participation is voluntary. By taking part, participants (and their guardians) release Felix Bird Photography, event organizers, and property owners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

4. Donations
   There is no fee for participation. Optional donations support the Princeton 101 Fund.
